Provide advanced desktop support
Collaborate closely with business users

Knowledge transfer
Support cyber and physical security compliance
Partner with global teams to implement new technologies
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated ability to deliver impactful work that drives business results
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Intermediate proficiency in desktop productivity tools
Intermediate proficiency in systems and network troubleshooting
Strong analytical skills in problem identification and solution delivery
Proven leadership experience with measurable results
Ability to influence PLT and other business partners effectively
Self-motivated with a success-driven mindset
Solid project management skills
Proven ability to establish and maintain standards
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field, OR Associate's Degree with 5 years of IT manufacturing experience
Minimum of 1+ years of experience in the field
