They are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the package fulfillment process, manage a team of operations associates, and ensure top-tier delivery service for residents.

Responsibilities

Managing the full scope of the fulfillment process at the warehouse

Leading a team of Operations Associates tackling daily fulfillment

Coordinating operations staff schedule

Train, assess, and improve daily performance of Operations Associates

Managing independent contractor relations including on-boarding, training, and scheduling

Triaging and dispatching delivery drivers into efficient delivery routes

Problem solving conflicts and as they arise and tackling ad-hoc tasks

Working with the Customer Service team to answer customer inquiries via call, text or email

Working closely with the Area Warehouse Operations Managers to provide constant improvements to existing processes and the Fetch service

Organizing and maintaining package inventory using the Fetch platform

Managing maintenance of Fetch delivery vehicles

Coordinating rush deliveries and special requests to the meet the needs of Fetch residents
