Responsibilities
Lead the full lifecycle of products and services programs—including NPI, Sustaining, and EOL—by coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize Time to Market (TTM) and minimize Excess and Obsolete (E&O) expenses
Drive the planning and execution of program deliverables, scaling engineering innovation into volume and quality production at our contract manufacturers
Spearhead process improvement initiatives and internal quality enhancements across Operations to ensure operational efficiencies and scalability
Provide comprehensive program visibility to executives and stakeholders via dashboards and metrics, effectively managing strategies, risks, dependencies, and mitigations to ensure program success
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in Program and Project Management, specifically within New Product Introduction (NPI), Sustaining, and End of Life (EOL) disciplines in a high-tech environment
Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale, complex, cross-functional global programs with sound organizational and material management skills
Exceptional communication and soft skills to influence stakeholders, build trust with cross-functional teams, and convey project strategies without relying on formal authority
A track record of taking end-to-end ownership, solving complex problems, and delivering results with tenacity in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment
Background in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations disciplines, with familiarity in Lean Six Sigma methodologies being a strong advantage
