Responsibilities

Develop and execute product marketing and distribution programs tailored to targeted channels and customer segments
Create and implement marketing strategies, assets, and campaigns for partners, including resellers, system integrators, VARs, OEMs, and others
Champion and evangelize product distribution objectives within the organization and across partner networks
Design and manage partner-focused events, conferences, webinars, and meetings to strengthen engagement and drive alignment
Collaborate with digital marketing teams to tailor online promotional efforts and messaging for specific channel partners
Establish and implement KPIs and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of channel programs and quantify revenue impact
Oversee day-to-day execution of channel marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency, quality, and performance optimization
Work closely with sales, product, and partner teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals

Required

Typically requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related degree and a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience
2+ years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or related roles within a B2B or tech environment
Strong understanding of partner ecosystems including resellers, VARs, OEMs, and distributors
Proven ability to design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing programs
Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English

Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics tools is a plus
