Clymer Farner Barley (CFB) is hiring experienced CAD Professionals to join their Engineering team. The role involves producing complex plans, mentoring junior technicians, and collaborating with engineers to ensure project accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

Produce complex permitting and/or construction plans, details, and maps
Provide team-wide quality control (QC) on drawings and deliverables
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accuracy and compliance
Mentor junior CAD technicians in developing their skills
Apply advanced knowledge of Civil 3D and drafting principles to deliver high-quality designs
Work with minimal oversight from Managers/Directors
Take initiative in solving problems and making project decisions
Act as a technical leader within the CAD team

Qualification

AutoCAD/Civil 3DCivil engineering experienceIndustry standards knowledgeDetail-orientedTeam-focused attitude

Required

5+ years of progressive civil engineering production experience (preferred)
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D
Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations
Highly motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented
