Responsibilities

Draft, review, negotiate, and execute contracts in compliance with legal and company guidelines

Assess contractual risk and negotiate favorable terms aligned with organizational risk tolerance

Advise stakeholders and leadership on contract strategy, business terms, and process improvements

Manage vendor and client relationships throughout the contract lifecycle, including renewals

Maintain accurate contract records and support audit requests

Partner cross-functionally to improve contract templates, playbooks, and internal processes

Lead or support process improvement initiatives and special projects

Serve as a subject matter resource and mentor to junior contract managers
