Responsibilities
Developing architecture diagrams and integration checklists
Integrating the platform with both inbound customer data sources and outbound workflow integrations
Providing enablement and knowledge transfer to customer personnel
Tracking progress and regularly communicate to internal and external stakeholders
Stepping through anomalies/failures and provide expert guidance to resolution
Qualification
Required
Have a High school / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, another related field or its equivalent
Have 7 years of experience in a technical/engineering role at a large enterprises
Have prior experience as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, or similar customer-facing facing technical role
Have experience with troubleshooting/debugging networks and software
Have 4+ years experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, as well as Kubernetes, Docker and NGINX
Have a clear understanding of web-based and network protocols (TCP/IP stack, HTTP, REST, gRPC, GraphQL, etc.)
Have prior experience with API development, cloud-based technologies and infrastructure, container technologies, API Gateways and WAF
