Territory Sales Manager - East Coast

They are seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the East Coast to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships through strategic account management and hands-on sales execution.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a regional sales plan that aligns with company growth targets
Drive new customer acquisition and grow existing accounts across assigned industries and territories
Track and report key performance metrics, pipeline activity, and forecast accuracy
Manage and support distributor and channel partner relationships to ensure alignment with Helix’s goals
Provide coaching, product training, and joint sales support to maximize partner performance
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key OEM customers
Understand customer needs and applications, working with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Customer Success to ensure timely quoting, order follow-up, and delivery performance
Represent Helix at trade shows, customer visits, and technical presentations
Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Quality to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and met
Share voice-of-customer insights to influence product development and business strategy
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and sales efficiency
Travel frequently across your territory (up to 50%) for customer visits, events, and partner meetings

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of technical sales or territory management experience, ideally in motion control or precision manufacturing
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals through strategic account growth
Experience managing channel partners or distributors
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
