Provide strategic and operational thought leadership for new opportunities that address client needs and pain points

Identify and document requirements and technical scope in partnership with sales, implementation and operations

Collaborate with product and technology teams

Interact with the product owners to identify the capabilities and create detail workflows

Translate the workflow orchestration to detail technical requirements for the respective product/application teams

Identify internal, external application owners for the development
