Responsibilities
Provide evidence-based individual therapy and therapy interventions to individuals and families
Utilize CBT modalities targeting symptoms, DBT, PE, CR, EMDR, FST, TF-CBT, CAMS, family therapies, integrated dual diagnosis treatment, self-management plans, and other clinical interventions
Maintain billing and same-day progress notes
Complete NOMS assessments, clinical assessments, and crisis and treatment plans
Assist with individual care, medications, psychiatric/medical crises and acuity
Ensure coordination of care by collaborating with relevant collaterals
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling, Occupational Therapy or a closely related field
Massachusetts clinical licensure (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LRC, LADCI, or be a Licensed Psychologist)
