Responsibilities

Drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents for employment litigation cases

Providing legal advice and counsel to clients on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

Assisting with internal investigations into allegations of workplace misconduct, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation

Participating in negotiations and settlement discussions with opposing parties in employment disputes

Providing support to Senior Attorneys in complex employment litigation matters, including trial preparation and courtroom appearances
