Business Development Manager
Go 4 HIRE Staffing & Career Services is seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand market presence for a reputable Security Alarm company. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, cultivate strategic partnerships, and develop innovative plans to meet organizational goals.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new local business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's client base and revenue streams
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with installers and partnered contractors to create smooth processes
Utilize a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, manage contacts, and analyze sales data
Lead negotiations with potential partners and clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements
Manage projects from inception to completion
Qualification
Required
Desire to be successful and having a strong, motivated work ethic is required
Proficiency in CRM software for managing customer relationships
Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
Demonstrated ability in negotiation, persuasion, and building long-term client relationships
Solid project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously
Knowledge of marketing principles to support outreach strategies effectively
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently
Networking skills, both in-person and virtual, such as on LinkedIn, to cultivate new relationships
Preferred
Experience in business development, sales, or related roles is preferred
Experience with Security Alarm sales or business development is a plus
