Responsibilities

Restock and maintain pantry supplies across all office floors, ensuring availability of beverages, snacks, and utensils
Complete daily maintenance and cleaning of coffee machines, ensuring functionality and cleanliness
Replenish office supplies in designated areas and monitor inventory levels, requesting orders as needed to prevent shortages
Perform routine checks of supply areas to ensure cleanliness and proper organization
Conduct inspections of conference rooms throughout the day, ensuring they are clean, properly set up, and equipped with necessary supplies
Wipe down surfaces, remove trash, and reset common areas to maintain a tidy and inviting environment
Support set-up and breakdown of office events, ensuring seamless execution of logistics
Assist with minor furniture relocations, adjustments, and space reconfigurations to accommodate employee or pitch team needs
Monitor and report office conditions daily to identify areas for improvement and address issues proactively

Required

Prior experience in office operations, facilities, or a related role
