Responsibilities

12+ years minimum of agency experience in paid media or growth/performance teams with leadership responsibilities working with B2B clients (tech, fintech, professional services, SaaS, etc.)
Advanced understanding of Customer Relationship Management, Account Based Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, marketing automation, conversion and how they relate to paid media campaigns and strategies
Demonstrated success developing, executing, and overseeing integrated/multi-channel paid campaigns with paid budgets over $5M
Hands on experience and proficiency in marketing and analytics platforms like Lookr, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Demand Base, etc. and Basis, Trade Desk, DV360, etc
Demonstrated experience developing/securing new and organic business through paid media strategy, storytelling, and consultative client relationships
Experience developing and leading teams in a fast-paced, integrated organization
Strong, confident leadership presence
Advanced presentation, written and verbal communication skills
