Lee Health is seeking a Supply Chain Contract Specialist who will play a crucial role in supporting the supply chain contracting process. This position involves sourcing and coordinating contracts with suppliers and legal services, as well as managing legal documents from draft to execution.

Responsibilities

Providing research and support for Lee Healths supply chain contracting process
Administrative and organizational support for all supply chain contracting activities
Sourcing and coordinating the contract with suppliers and legal services
Coordinating legal documents from the drafting stage to final execution
Acting as the liaison with the supplier community and Lee Health legal
Reporting to the System Director of Supply Chain

Required

Associate degree required OR in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 2+ years, in healthcare and/or contracting role can be substituted

General understanding of the general types of contracts
General understanding of the contracting process
General understanding of the contracting lifecycle stages (draft to execution to management)
Excellent problem-solving skills
General understanding of product categories and product category management
Moderate knowledge of vendors and business divisions
Moderate knowledge and understanding of procurement activities
Understanding of product utilization in a variety of clinical settings
Proficiency in EXCEL and other Microsoft Office Products
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong knowledge and ability to leverage current and future technology
Ability to successfully operate in a multi-task environment
Great organizational skills
Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and/or deadlines
