Responsibilities
The firm is seeking an experienced Estates & Trusts attorney - ideally at the Partner or Senior Associate level - to join its growing team
The incoming attorney will have access to a large, active book of estates and trusts business and will have the opportunity to develop their own client base while learning from a highly respected practitioner in the field
Qualification
Required
8-15 years of legal practice with a focus on estates, trusts, and related planning
existing (even modest) portable book of business for partner-level candidates
strong technical experience and business development potential for senior associate level
entrepreneurial, client-centered mindset
motivated to build long-term relationships
excited by the opportunity to assume and expand an established book of business
Preferred
small book of business preferred
approximately $250k-$500k+ in portable clients preferred
Benefits
