Responsibilities
Manage Distribution Emails and make sure all emails are responded to within our firm policies - be able to distinguish what goes through our software or distribution e-mail to be answered by the Closer vs Pre-Closer Agent/Buyer/Seller Communications
Buyer/Buyer's Agent/Lender communication regarding questions about closing, builder, document status, figures, and updates to all parties
Adhere to our Clients' Service Level Agreements
HUD/ALTA Preparation/Revisions/Balancing with lender/Balancing Register, etc
Obtain funding approval from Lender/Buyer
Monitor and assist Pre-Closer by practicing great file ownership and accountability
Send final title documents to the title company insuring the transaction
Confirm all requirements on Commitment are completed prior to closing
Qualification

Understand the entire closing process
Able to switch between all closing processes as needed
Ensure all files are ready to go
Inform all parties involved
Ensure all closings go off without a hitch at the closing table

Understand all aspects of the closing process including pre-closing, closing, and post-closing duties
