Tractor Zoom is on a mission to transform how the ag industry buys, sells, and values equipment. They are seeking an Implementation Specialist to support external clients throughout the implementation process, manage complex tasks, and provide end user training while working closely with internal teams.

Responsibilities

Lead several implementation projects while providing great service and professionalism
Lead client conversations to discover, document, and validate business requirements and use cases
Identify areas of complexity, recommend solutions, and guide clients through tradeoffs and best practices
Product Expert from both business and technical standpoint
Translate customer business requirements and use cases into detailed configuration designs, and identify areas of complexity and propose solutions
Work on multiple, complex tasks while staying highly organized and meeting deadlines
Take ownership and follow through on client issues until resolved
Collaborate closely with internal teams to advocate for the customer and drive product and process improvements
Other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree preferred
2-4 years of product implementation experience
Strong Salesforce experience (administrator, power user, or similar hands-on role)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong business sense and industry expertise

Preferred

Equipment dealership experience is a plus
