Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with TikTok Shop content creators

Assist creators in developing their e-commerce content strategy and audience growth plans

Analyze data and provide insights to creators to help them optimize their content, and improve sales performance

Facilitate collaborations between creators and merchants

Provide support and troubleshooting for technical issues that creators may encounter

Collaborate with other teams at TikTok to give creators access to resources, tools, and opportunities

Required

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
