eTeam is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Digital & Client Experience to oversee the development and execution of medium to large scale projects. The ideal candidate will manage complex, cross-functional teams and ensure organizational objectives are met through effective project management.

Responsibilities

Partner with assigned teams to build out project plan to include identification of workstream deliverables, owners, and delivery timing

Coordinate project meetings, document project status reporting, and other relevant project manager duties

Develop, or participate in the creation of, project documentation

Ensure action items, risks, issues, and dependencies are identified and properly documented

Coordinate the development of go-to-. and/or mitigation plans in partnership with assigned teams

Establish, communicate, and maintain schedules and/or trackers for all phases of the assigned program

Manage high-level milestone plans as necessary for stakeholder audiences

Communicate progress, risks, expectations, timelines, milestones and other key project to team and key stakeholders

Perform additional project tasks/activities as assigned
