Responsibilities

Assisting new and existing clients with establishing deposit products and services including checking accounts, savings accounts, money market accounts, certificates of deposit accounts, online banking services, remote deposit capture and ACH services in a prompt, courteous, efficient and professional manner

Opening and closing accounts

Renewing certificates of deposits and assisting clients with bookkeeping and account problems

Balancing each day’s transactions and verifying cash totals

Answering clients’ questions regarding the Bank’s products and services

Performing a variety of account maintenance duties

Actively cross-selling the Bank’s products and services

Performing other functions such as signature verification and other clerical duties

Backing-up the Client Service Manager or the Regional Branch Administrator and covering the branch and personnel in their absence

Performing all duties accurately, timely and efficiently, and according to Bank policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines

Performing a variety of other daily tasks as assigned
