Responsibilities

CAD work and 3D design on intersection, highway, aviation, and other improvement projects
Construction observation for various transportation projects
Public meeting presentation displays and public engagement
Working alongside other engineers, including PE's

Required

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering by May 2025 required
Interest to grow in transportation engineering required
This position requires you to have authorization to work in the United States for any employer. We will not provide sponsorship for this position

Preferred

The ideal candidate has previous consulting internship experience
Minimum GPA of 2.75 preferred
Successfully passed FE exam preferred
Microstation or AutoCAD experience preferred

Short Term Incentive (STIP) – This program rewards employees who meet performance goals with a one-time annual STIP payment as a percentage of their eligible compensation — recognition of individual accomplishments and achieving organizational goals. STIP payments are awarded if MSA reaches its corporate financial plan for the year.
