Responsibilities
The Mechanical Test Design Engineer will be responsible for the design, development and deployment of various application and simulation test rigs
This role will also support customers directly and indirectly via the Sales Team with technical recommendations and component inspection testing
Assist Test Field and Test Design Engineers with Mechanical Design of Test Rigs
Develop LabVIEW coding and deployment software
Develop and initiate test protocols
Data analysis and organization
Telephone support for incoming technical calls and field sales
Test Actual Components sent in from customers
Prepare written reports for customers
Responsible for responding to assigned corrective actions per the CAR system
Qualification
Required
B.S. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or other relevant discipline)
SolidWorks proficiency required
Preferred
CAD software experience preferred
Coding and/or LabVIEW experience preferred
Electro-Mechanical Design Preferred
