Special Events Sales Manager
MW Partners is partnering with a high-profile, privately operated venue group in Orange County that is expanding its Special Events Sales team. The role involves leading the sales for private, revenue-driven events while collaborating closely with internal event logistics teams to ensure successful execution.
Responsibilities
Sell private, revenue-driven events including galas, fundraisers, charity events, school functions, corporate socials, and large-scale private bookings
Prospect, network, tour spaces, and close sales
Achieve team and individual sales goals
Collaborate with internal event logistics teams
Qualification
Required
5+ years in Special Events or Venue Event Sales
Proven track record of $1M+ annually in event revenue
Comfortable prospecting, networking, touring spaces, and closing
Collaborative, low-ego, team-first mindset
Event software experience required
Preferred
Experience selling multiple venues is a strong plus
Momentus Elite / Prismm preferred or similar platforms
