Responsibilities

Partner with management to align HR strategies with business goals and operational needs

Advise leaders on employee relations, workforce planning, and culture-building initiatives

Lead full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and workforce ramp-up for large-scale hiring

Support employee engagement, performance management, and continuous improvement efforts

Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices

Manage onboarding, offboarding, payroll changes, benefits administration, and HRIS updates

Support payroll, benefits, training, and development initiatives

Serve as a trusted, service-minded HR resource for both employees and leaders
