Responsibilities

Lead sales and market development strategy across RNG, biogas, AD, landfill gas, and WWTP markets
Originate, qualify, and advance large-scale capital projects with developers, owners, and strategic partners
Drive the full business development lifecycle from lead generation through contract execution
Partner with engineering and estimating teams to develop competitive, technically sound proposals
Lead commercial negotiations in coordination with legal and executive leadership
Build and manage strategic partnerships and sales networks
Maintain accurate CRM pipelines, forecasts, and KPIs
Represent the company at industry conferences, tradeshows, and client meetings

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
10+ years of experience selling complex capital projects or major equipment, preferably $5M+ in value
Proven experience in RNG, biogas, anaerobic digestion, or related energy infrastructure markets
Strong technical fluency with the ability to communicate effectively with C-suite and external stakeholders
Deep understanding of RNG project development, including feedstock sourcing, upgrading technologies, interconnects, and project economics
Executive presence, strong negotiation skills, and comfort with public speaking
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; valid U.S. passport required
Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
