Engineering Program Manager
Bridge Appliances, Inc. is dedicated to empowering small and medium-sized restaurants through innovative robotic appliances. The Engineering Program Manager will drive engineering programs from concept through production launch, ensuring effective communication and alignment across teams to achieve timely program outcomes.

Responsibilities
Own engineering programs from inception through production release, creating and maintaining integrated design-to-launch schedules, detailed project plans, and Gantt charts using formal project management tools while actively managing the program critical path
Define, track, and maintain program metrics focused on schedule performance, milestone delivery, and execution pace, proactively identifying risks and driving mitigation or recovery actions to ensure predictable and timely program outcomes
Drive accountability for milestones, deliverables, and commitments across engineering and cross-functional teams through regular execution reviews, timeline updates, and structured risk assessments
Lead cross-functional coordination across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and external partners, ensuring clear ownership, alignment, and timely decision-making
Partner effectively with hardware and software teams, applying traditional program management rigor while supporting Agile development practices where appropriate
Ensure clear, timely communication of program status, risks, dependencies, and required decisions to internal leadership and external stakeholders
Facilitate issue resolution and decision-making to maintain program momentum and prevent avoidable delays
Continuously improve program management processes, tools, and execution discipline
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Program Management, business or a related field
Proven experience managing engineering programs in hardware, electro-mechanical and software product development environments
Strong understanding of traditional program management methodologies, including waterfall or stage-gate models, with working knowledge of Agile for software development
Demonstrated experience building and managing detailed schedules and project plans using professional program management tools
Experience leading tasks for cross-functional teams and managing internal and external stakeholders
Strong communication skills with the ability to align with diverse technical and non-technical teams
Proven ability to identify schedule risk, manage dependencies, and protect critical milestones
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple programs simultaneously
Ownership mindset with the ability to hold teams accountable for commitments and timelines
