Responsibilities
Represent employees in labor and employment matters, including wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and harassment cases
Manage cases from intake through resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, taking depositions, and preparing for trial
Advocate for clients in mediations, hearings, and negotiations
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the California Bar
Minimum 2 years of labor and employment litigation experience
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple cases independently while thriving in a collaborative environment
Preferred
plaintiff-side experience
