Responsibilities
Help build highly scalable products that help small businesses succeed online with great user experiences
Work on a remote first team of software engineers, product management, user experience designers and data scientists within a supportive environment where you will have the flexibility to structure your day
Write well-tested, modern JavaScript / TypeScript using frameworks like React, NodeJS and Express
Leverage AI-powered coding tools, including Claude and other AI assistants, to enhance productivity, code quality, and problem-solving approaches
Real-time application monitoring and performance profiling of our applications
Qualification
Required
2+ years building products and services
A strong understanding of JavaScript, Node.js, TypeScript, React and the underlying standard web technologies
Experience with automated testing code and using test frameworks
Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI coding assistants (such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools) to accelerate development, debug code, and explore technical solutions
A good foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns
Preferred
Experience integrating AI APIs or large language models into production applications
Familiarity with prompt engineering and best practices for working with AI coding tools to maximize code quality and efficiency
Contributed to or managed open-source projects
Prior work experience with AWS
