Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain web pages and microsites across Deciphex brands (WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS)
Create and update high-converting landing pages integrated with HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, and analytics tools
Ensure all pages are SEO-optimised, responsive, and visually aligned with brand standards
Manage basic hosting tasks (redirects, DNS updates, domain setup) and liaise with IT where needed
Develop reusable templates and design systems to accelerate campaign delivery
Monitor and report on page performance and recommend improvements to UX and conversion
Develop digital assets for social, email, and campaign use (graphics, banners, infographics, motion snippets)
Create and update brochures, event visuals, and branded templates in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva
Ensure brand consistency across all visuals and business units
Translate complex technical and scientific concepts into clear, engaging design
Contribute to creative reviews and help evolve brand aesthetics as we grow internationally
Work closely with General Marketing, Demand Generation, and Content teams to deliver digital campaigns from concept to execution
Collaborate with developers or external vendors when needed, ensuring seamless implementation
Manage priorities across multiple projects with minimal supervision while maintaining exceptional quality
Bring fresh ideas and continuously improve how design and digital assets are produced across the organisation
Qualification
Required
3–5 years' experience in a digital design, web design, or marketing design role
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva
Experience with WordPress or Webflow; ability to edit or implement HTML/CSS
Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and SEO best practices
Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and digital UX
Experience working with multiple brands or business units a plus
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing your own project pipeline
Comfort with ambiguity — able to operate effectively without full briefs, clear answers, or fixed processes
Bias toward action — takes initiative, ships work quickly, and improves through iteration rather than waiting for perfection
