Sales & Event Marketing Assistant

Elite Alliance is seeking motivated individuals for the Entry-Level Sales & Event Marketing Assistant role. This position involves representing client brands at live events, engaging with the public, and supporting promotional and fundraising campaigns.

Marketing & Advertising

Responsibilities

Represent client brands and nonprofit partners at live promotional and fundraising events
Engage face-to-face with customers to promote products, services, or causes
Support the planning, setup, and execution of local events
Welcome and educate attendees about the brand or cause and how they can get involved
Conduct presentations or demonstrations (client dependent)
Complete customer or supporter registrations accurately
Track daily interactions and assist with post-event reporting
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas and improve event performance
Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Qualification

Sales experienceEvent marketing experienceCustomer service experienceCommunication skillsTeam collaboration

Required

Must be 18 years of age or older
Authorized to work in the United States
Valid driver's license and ability to commute to the Denver office
Willingness to carpool to event locations
Ability to work 8 hours/day, 6 days/week

Preferred

Sales or customer service experience
Event marketing or promotional experience
Nonprofit, charity, or community outreach experience
