New Grad, Entry LevelChandra Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Evergreen Deployment Technician to support their FY26 Evergreen project. This role involves completing hardware refreshes, transporting and storing computer inventory, and providing excellent customer service during the refresh process.
Computer Software
Responsibilities
Transporting and storing computer inventory following documented procedures (potential need to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs regularly)
Imaging computers with Windows 11 utilizing SCCM
Scheduling computer replacements with end users through ServiceNow
Completing computer refreshes
Reclaiming and transporting old computers
Documenting inventory updates within HAM Pro (in ServiceNow)
Qualification
Required
Experience with larger scale deployments (1000/year or similar)
Experience transporting and storing computer inventory following documented procedures (potential need to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs regularly)
Experience imaging computers with Windows 11 utilizing SCCM
Experience scheduling computer replacements with end users through ServiceNow
Experience with computer refreshes, reclaiming and transporting old computers, and documenting inventory updates within HAM Pro (in ServiceNow)
Preferred
Experience with ServiceNow & HAM Pro
Experience with Apple iPhone deployment
