Sr. Manager - Inside Sales

Responsibilities
Hire, guide and motivate a high performing team to drive revenue growth through a positive, high-touch customer experience
Connect team members to key resources and clear roadblocks, enabling them to achieve and/or exceed their revenue goals
Drive your team towards consistent processes & best practices, without micromanaging every action
Instill and maintain a quality and integrity based sales process with respect to rep/customer interactions
Partner closely with our enablement team to provide training and ongoing coaching to the Sales Development team
Track/report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Prepare and present team forecast to leadership
Work closely with the extended Enterprise Sales leadership team
Facilitate and develop ongoing internal partnerships with various business units including Sales Engineering and Marketing
Qualification
Required
5+ years in software tech sales and/or sales development preferred
Demonstrable success in leading/managing teams, positioning a complex product suite
Experience as a mentor, coach, and leader within a team
A track record of success in building a diverse, high performing team
Ready to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to help your team achieve their objectives
Strong knowledge of the full sales cycle, from prospecting, cold calling through to negotiation and closing
Technical aptitude, and ability to learn new concepts quickly
Preferred
Experience in SaaS, Open Source, Security, or Infrastructure products is a plus
