Responsibilities

Lead analytics initiatives to monitor portfolio performance and optimise servicing and loss strategies
Design and refine portfolio segmentation, customer contact strategies, and channel optimisation
Manage and develop a high-performing analytics team, providing coaching and long-term development
Design and execute champion and challenger strategies to improve customer experience and financial outcomes
Partner cross-functionally to develop and implement servicing, treatment, and portfolio strategies
Guide the development and deployment of machine learning models across customer treatment, valuation, and loss mitigation
Identify opportunities to apply automation, AI, and emerging technologies to modernise operations
Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to senior leadership through dashboards and presentations

Required

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business discipline
Five or more years of experience in analytics or strategy, including at least two years in a people management role
Strong background in portfolio analytics, servicing, or collections within a regulated environment
Experience building and deploying data science models in production settings
Strong Python and SQL skills with experience working in cloud-based environments
Ability to translate complex analytical outputs into clear business recommendations
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in ambiguous environments
