Human Resources Coordinator
Interim HealthCare is the nation’s first home care company, and they are seeking an HR Coordinator to support HR functions and help build a high-performing workforce. The role involves recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll activities, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.

Responsibilities
Support all HR functions, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, retention, employee/labor relations, compensation, benefits and employee development
Manage recruitment efforts, conduct new hire orientations and monitor career pathing programs
Maintain HR Information System and ensure compliance with federal/state employment regulations
Performs all branch payroll activities, including, but not limited to transferring/inputting client orders to the system, organizing and entering time slips, verifying visits for each client, calculating pay, making appropriate deductions, auditing input, and processing weekly and bi-weekly payroll
Qualification
Required
Two-year degree or equivalent years in training or work experience
Two years of Human Resources or other related experience, ideally in healthcare
Knowledge of employment laws, HR practices and home care regulations
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and computer software proficiency
