Responsibilities
Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues, keeping Hyphen Nation connected and productive
Monitor and assist with updates, backups, and performance across company systems and platforms
Troubleshoot technical challenges with curiosity and persistence—because at Comm-Tronics, we don’t guess, we get it right
Learn emerging systems and applications, becoming a subject matter expert (SME) who educates and empowers other team members
Partner with Operations, Sales, and Leadership to support the tools and technologies that power our business
Maintain clear records, build knowledge bases, and suggest smarter ways to work
Follow cybersecurity best practices and safeguard data integrity across all platforms
Maintain organized workspaces—physical and digital—because excellence starts with order
Qualification
Required
Strong technical aptitude with a passion for learning new systems and tools
Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail
A partner-focused mindset that embodies Comm-Tronics' Core Beliefs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, even under pressure
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Familiarity with Windows, networking basics and cloud platforms (O365, Azure, etc.)
Ability to travel locally between offices or partner sites as needed
Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs. and assisting with hardware setup or equipment moves
Preferred
1–2 years of experience in IS, IT support, or a related technical field
Education or certification in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
