Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team for our New Albany, OH area. In this role, you will design, develop, and install software applications while working closely with project managers and IT infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions that meet business needs.

Build, test, and deploy software applications using modern technologies
Solve complex problems with logical, creative, and practical solutions
Align software solutions with business goals and objectives
Communicate clearly about project progress, challenges, and results
Create presentations and demos for stakeholders of all levels
Maintain documentation for software and system processes
Suggest improvements to processes, tools, and applications
Share knowledge and mentor team members

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of software development experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Strong skills in: Python and DjangoDRF
Strong skills in: Front-end development: React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
Strong skills in: Database query writing: MS SQL, Postgres, Oracle
Strong skills in: Powershell scripting
Strong skills in: Software packaging/installers (WiX)
Strong skills in: ORM tools (Entity Framework, Dapper, RepoDb)
Must currently reside in the New Albany, OH area
