Scalence L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant to join their dynamic team. The role involves developing and customizing Dynamics CRM solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and enhancing existing CRM systems to improve performance and user experience.

Develop and customize Dynamics CRM solutions to meet client needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
Maintain and enhance existing CRM systems to improve performance and user experience
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Extensive experience with Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, and customization development
Proficiency in core .NET technology and related areas such as WCF, SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server
Experience working as a CRM Developer on at least two implementation projects
Proven ability to integrate CRM using web services (REST/SOAP) and messaging (NServiceBus)
Strong knowledge of CRM Sales and Service
Expertise in writing Plug-ins, Workflows, Business Process Flows, and custom scripts
Hands-on knowledge of Agile development methodologies
Excellent communication and articulation skills
Preferred
Exposure to Insurance CRM
Familiarity with best practices and guidelines for design and development in CRM 2013-2015
Experience with deployment aspects of CRM solutions
