The Site Director will create a nurturing environment for children, implement engaging activities, and build strong relationships with families and schools.

Responsibilities
Lead engaging activities and implement our proven curriculum tailored to each child’s needs
Create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where kids can thrive
Build strong, collaborative relationships with families, schools, and your team
Be a positive role model and mentor for kids in grades K–6
Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children in our sites
Qualification
Required
A genuine love for working with children
At least one year of teaching experience ideally as a lead teacher
Demonstrated leadership ability, either at work or in your personal life
Enthusiastic, positive, and ready to make a difference
Great communicator who works well with both families and teammates
CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Must meet North Carolina's state child care licensing requirements
