Talent Acquisition LLC is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Installation Technician to install, test, and verify commercial security, fire, and life safety systems. This role involves traveling to client sites for installations and upgrades, ensuring system reliability, and educating customers on system use.

Responsibilities

Install new commercial security, CCTV, access control, and fire/life safety systems, including upgrades and additions to existing system

Perform testing to verify system functionality, signal integrity, and overall reliability

Troubleshoot installation-related issues and resolve field challenges efficiently

Educate customers on system operation and provide clear usage instruction

Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and system components in the assigned vehicle

Complete and submit all required documentation related to installations, productivity, and job completion in a timely manner

Provide reliable, professional customer support throughout the installation process

Maintain a clean, organized, and job-ready work vehicle and tools

Follow all safety standards and company procedures while working in the field

Perform other related duties as assigned

Required

Strong understanding of electronic system installation and troubleshooting

Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues encountered in the field

Strong communication skills and ability to explain system operations to customers clearly

Detail-oriented with a focus on precise installation and accurate documentation

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing jobsite environments

Comfortable working in various commercial environments and learning new technologies

Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites as needed

Preferred

Experience installing or servicing commercial security systems, CCTV, access control, or fire/life safety systems
