Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects, from discovery and scoping through execution and go-live
Translate business requirements into clear technical workstreams and ensure alignment with developers, architects, and marketing stakeholders
Oversee and support technical work across Marketing Cloud features: Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder & Data Extensions, Mobile Studio / SMS (nice to have)
Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, milestones, risks, and communication
Validate technical designs, data models, and best-practice configurations
Drive QA, UAT, documentation, and deployment processes
Provide guidance on platform capabilities, architectural considerations, and integration patterns
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of Salesforce project management experience with a strong focus on Marketing Cloud
Hands-on technical understanding of Marketing Cloud architecture, automations, data structures, and subscriber/contact management
Proven ability to work with technical teams and validate user stories, solution designs, and acceptance criteria
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working remotely within Pacific Time Zone hours
Preferred
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Email Specialist, Administrator, Consultant)
Experience with SQL, AMPscript, API integrations
Salesforce Data Cloud knowledge or exposure—understanding how unified profiles, data ingestion, and segmentation complement Marketing Cloud
Background in digital marketing, CRM, or customer lifecycle strategy
