Responsibilities
You will be accountable for building and expanding a portfolio of high-quality consulting engagements by:
Leveraging and growing your personal network to originate opportunities
Leading full-cycle, consultative sales processes for complex digital initiatives
Partnering closely with design and engineering leaders to shape scope, value, and delivery approach
Building long-term client relationships that result in repeat business and account expansion
Positioning VGV as a trusted advisor to senior technology and product leaders
Qualification
Required
Experience in building and expanding a portfolio of high-quality consulting engagements
Ability to leverage and grow personal network to originate opportunities
Experience leading full-cycle, consultative sales processes for complex digital initiatives
Ability to partner closely with design and engineering leaders to shape scope, value, and delivery approach
Experience in building long-term client relationships that result in repeat business and account expansion
Ability to position VGV as a trusted advisor to senior technology and product leaders
Background from a digital agency, product consultancy, or engineering-led consulting firm
Experience selling custom digital solutions (not off-the-shelf products)
Experience owning client relationships beyond the initial close
Experience working directly with delivery teams to scope and price work
Ability to grow accounts through insight, credibility, and results
