Creative & Lifecycle Execution Manager
Lagoon is a performance sleep brand focused on enhancing recovery through innovative sleep products. The Creative & Lifecycle Execution Manager will be responsible for executing creative assets and lifecycle marketing initiatives to increase output velocity and support various marketing efforts, including paid ads and email campaigns.

Responsibilities
Take creative + lifecycle execution off the founder’s plate
Dramatically increase output velocity
Support paid ads, email/SMS, partnerships, and CRO
Help scale Lagoon
Build ads in Canva and CapCut
Turn 1 concept into 10–20 variations (hooks, crops, captions, formats)
Prep creative for Meta, Reels, Stories, and retargeting
Package UGC properly (titles, pacing, subtitles, framing)
Work closely with our creator ops lead (UGC intake)
Design email assets in Canva
Build and QA campaigns and flows in Klaviyo
Repurpose winning ad creative, athlete quotes, and podcast moments
Keep lifecycle content fresh and consistent
Ensure everything looks clean, mobile-first, and on brand
Turn winning ads into organic posts
Support organic social with performance-informed content
Prep assets for website use (UGC blocks, testimonials, credibility sections)
Maintain a clean creative library with clear labeling
Qualification
Required
2–5 years into DTC or performance marketing
Extremely comfortable in Canva, CapCut, and Klaviyo
Fast, organized, and detail-oriented
Able to take direction and run with it
You have an excellent eye for design
You're plugged in to pop-culture - specifically in the running and golf verticals
Energized by shipping lots of work, not debating ideas
Comfortable working closely with a founder
Interested in learning how performance brands actually scale
