They are hiring a Technical Delivery Manager who will own client engagements, manage technical resources, and lead delivery while building long-term relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for 3–4 active client accounts
Lead scoping calls, discovery sessions, demos, executive reviews, and progress updates
Translate ambiguous business needs into clear technical requirements
Identify upsell opportunities ethically through value-driven consultative selling
Drive client satisfaction, retention, and relationship growth
Own end-to-end delivery for automation, integration, AI-assisted, and software projects
Run daily standups, sprint planning, and delivery calls with internal teams
Coordinate cross-functional teams: engineering, design, data, QA, contractors
Ensure documentation quality, requirements clarity, and project transparency
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, blockers, and present solutions
Maintain project plans using TeamworkPM or Jira
Build light prototypes/POCs when needed:
Python/Node scripts
Streamlit/ReTool demos
API integrations
Prompt-based agent workflows
CRM/ERP/integration test harnesses
Create technical briefs, architecture outlines, and functional specifications
Maintain discipline in documentation, meeting notes, requirements, and decision logs
Foster a culture of ownership, speed, clarity, and client-first excellence
Qualification
Required
Strong, clear English communication (native-level fluency)
3–7+ years in technical project delivery, technical consulting, or solutions engineering
Hands-on experience with automation, integrations, APIs, and cloud services
Experience managing engineers/designers
Able to build small prototypes and technical POCs independently
Highly organized, detail-oriented, capable of creating structure quickly
Strong EQ, leadership presence, and client rapport
Ability to run multiple concurrent client engagements
Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous consulting environments
Preferred
Experience with generative AI tools, agent frameworks, or prompt engineering
Experience with tools such as: Slack, Teams, GitHub, Figma, TeamworkPM, Jira
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Experience with SMB/mid-market clients
Exposure to automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n) or custom automation stacks
