The Leader of Operations Strategy will manage communication for the Enterprise Operations department, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency through data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

Align systems and processes to minimize reliance on distinct platforms (e.g., Monday.com, email traffic, TeamDynamix tickets), fostering a unified approach to operations

Collect and analyze data related to operational processes and external partner interactions. Identify trends and areas of opportunity for improvement

Maintain hyper-responsive communication with stakeholders via email, texts, and phone calls. Ensure timely updates and clarity on escalated issues

Proactively communicate status updates and key developments to executive stakeholders, ensuring they are informed and engaged in operational matters

Develop and deliver comprehensive reports that synthesize data findings and propose actionable courses of action to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness

Identify and implement process enhancements based on data insights and feedback from teams and external partners

Required

Have worked as a leader for at least 2 years

A passion for processes, and the ability to maintain strong systems

Strong organizational and administrative abilities and has a meticulous attention to detail

Excellent critical and creative thinking skills

A self-starter attitude, to independently and successfully manage projects

Strong interpersonal and communication skills - quick to respond, both oral and written

Ability to build and maintain close relationships with members of the school community (scholars, staff, leaders, parents, etc.)
