Responsibilities
Design, Implement, Maintain and Secure our client's Microsoft server and network infrastructure onsite
Work cross-functionally across several clients' enterprises between technology and the rest of their business to design and implement large scale solutions
Implement Prescient Solutions' best practices
Supports both operational and engineering functions at our client sites
Troubleshoots and maintains clients' IT infrastructures and network 24/7
Evaluates customer generated requirements and works with the clients to ensure the implementation meets the clients' needs
Works with technicians and engineering groups at both Prescient Solutions and at the client locations to troubleshoot and resolve issues as required
Prepares operational and technical documentation
Mentors junior team members
Performs other duties and assists with special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Technical expertise of Microsoft server operating systems, network protocols and hardware, virtualization, security and Azure
Able to balance multiple priorities concurrently
Authorized to work for any employer in the US. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
