Inside Higher Ed is seeking a Patient Financial Services Representative to join their team. The representative will be responsible for the collection and resolution of inpatient and outpatient accounts, ensuring sufficient cash collection to support healthcare operations while providing customer service to patients and families.

solid time management, critical thinking, follow-through, and planning and organizational skills
high level of respect for confidentiality

Preferred

Associates degree and 3-4 years of accounting, insurance claims and billing, medical office and/or clerical work preferred
Previous experience working with patient accounts/HIPAA highly preferred
