FASTSIGNS is a franchise industry leader in the Sign Industry, seeking a Customer Service Representative/Graphic Designer who is outgoing and eager to learn. The role involves building relationships with customers, preparing estimates, implementing work orders, and ensuring timely delivery of finished orders in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

Be the initial contact with current and prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center

Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business

Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into customers and then into long term clients

Prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders

Be involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans, and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center
