Responsibilities
Monitoring asbestos filings and ongoing management of the electronic filings in firm Access database
Coordinate deposition calendar across the team
Typing, producing, editing, and proofreading various legal documents and correspondence
Overall assistance with asbestos processes and various other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
1+ years legal/law firm experience working in litigation, required
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Adobe, required
Experience with Access is required
Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, proofreading, and customer service skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
