The role involves developing automated testing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing mentorship to junior members while enhancing overall testing efficiency.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement automated testing strategies to enhance overall testing efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automated testing processes seamlessly
Analyze and optimize test automation frameworks for improved performance
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in testing practices
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on test automation best practices
Support client in refining and implementing of test automation framework and tools
Lead/coach/coordinate a team of test engineers to jointly maximize the value add to the client organization
Automate the process of placing orders and collecting evidence using test automation tools such as Playwright and Selenium
Manually place orders, collect screenshots, and gather other evidence artifacts
Support the coordination of UAT activities across multiple teams
Create UAT test scripts and outline customer journey steps
Assist in identifying critical vs. non-critical test cases
Support the training of business teams on UAT test cases
Execute UAT test scripts and document results
Capture and prioritize feedback from stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Expert proficiency in Test Execution and Management
Advanced level of proficiency in Test Automation Framework
Advanced proficiency in Test Automation Strategy
Advanced proficiency in Automation Testing Tools
Advanced proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Develop and implement automated testing strategies to enhance overall testing efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automated testing processes seamlessly
Analyze and optimize test automation frameworks for improved performance
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in testing practices
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on test automation best practices

Experience in Ecommerce, Telecom, or Internet service provider industries
